Job summary

Sephora Bondi is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis to join our team during the holidays. You will inspire customers, share beauty knowledge, and help shoppers find their best look across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.

Join us for onboarding training and access to our unique online learning platform, with potential extension based on store needs. Availability across peak days, including Thursday to Sunday, and November 2026 to January 2027

Qualifications

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teammates.
Willingness to learn and adapt across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
Availability across peak trading times including late nights and weekends; November 2026 to January 2027 availability required.
