Job summary

Bargara Beach Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at its waterfront Bargara venue in Queensland. This permanent full-time role offers a salary range of AUD 75K to AUD 85K per year, plus superannuation.

The successful candidate will manage accommodation, F&B, bars, gaming and functions, ensure compliance with liquor and gambling regulations, oversee budgeting and staff performance, and deliver strong guest service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in hotel/hospitality management required.
• Minimum 3 years in hotel or hospitality management.
• Holder of QLD RSA certificate is preferred.
• Experience supervising multi-outlet venues and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across accommodation, F&B, bars, gaming and functions.
• Ensure service standards, compliance and strong operational performance.
• Lead recruitment, rostering, training and performance management of department teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints; manage budgeting and purchasing.
