Job summary

Cogent Resources' client in the seafood processing sector is seeking multiple reliable Process Workers for an immediate start. This casual role offers consistent hours, Monday to Friday, with afternoon shifts starting between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm, about 5 hours per shift.

You will pack seafood on a fast-paced production line, assist with preparation, packaging and labeling, keep the area clean and follow GMP, HACCP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production preferred.
• Able to work in a cold environment.
• Familiar with GMP and HACCP and food hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual and available Monday to Friday.
• Works well in a team and follows instructions.

Our client, based in the seafood processing industry, is seeking multiple reliable and hardworking Process Workers for an immediate start.

This position offers casual work with consistent hours, Monday to Friday, and is suitable for students who are available to work five days a week.

Afternoon Shift: Starting between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm, with approximately 5-hour shifts.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Packing seafood products on a fast-paced production line
• Assisting with product preparation, packaging and labelling
• Maintaining cleanliness and following food safety procedures
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP and workplace safety standards

Desired skills and experience:

• Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP and food hygiene requirements
• Reliable, punctual and available to work Monday to Friday
