Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Sydney to join our fast-growing Go-to-Market team. You’ll engage with prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and hand off to the sales organization, supported by marketing and training programs.

For the first months you’ll participate in the Sales Development Associate program, paired with a mentor, and learn Stripe products, messaging, and outreach strategies while building a high-potential pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via cold-calling, email, and social channels.
• Book meetings with prospects and pitch Stripe products.
• Develop relationships to uncover business needs and enable hand-offs to sales.
• Create outreach materials with SDRs and Account Executives.
• Execute outbound sales outreach aligned with Marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture a warm pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to support weekly reporting.
