Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience as Scrum Master.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in IT delivery.
• Background in IT infrastructure or SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Coach delivery teams and remove blockers to ensure sprint execution.
• Collaborate with technical leads, DBAs, and infra engineers focused on SQL platforms.
• Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies, and report progress to leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture aligned with Agile practices.
