Job summary

Alzaro in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile delivery squads within a scaled environment, embedding Scrum principles in a Salesforce-focused transformation.

The role requires 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, certification, and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid work pattern: 3 days in Melbourne CBD and 2 days WFH.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Scrum Master delivering multiple Agile squads in a scaled Agile environment.
• Must hold Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience leading large projects through Scrum teams across the Delivery Lifecycle.
• Strong planning, organization and prioritization in a large, complex Agile organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams through the Scrum framework and associated ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor teams to improve value-based delivery.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban).

Job description

Our client is an Iconic Australian Organisation who are undertaking significant transformation to enhance both Customer and Employee experience.

The current focus is on embedding functionality within a Salesforce environment.

As a result we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master with a demonstrable background in Leading the Delivery of core projects using strong Scrum Principles and Practices.

You must be a passionate Scrum Master or a Delivery Lead with strong Scrum behaviours and practices, with in-depth knowledge of the theory and pragmatic practice of Scrum, and a proven track record in value-based delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years demonstrable Scrum Master experience leading multiple AGILE Delivery Squads within a Scaled AGILE environment.
• MUST have Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification.
• Demonstrable experience leading large projects through leading Scrum Teams through the Delivery Lifecycle.
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills with experience in establishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines in a large, complex Scrum/Scaled Agile organisation
• Familiarity and exposure to multiple agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Tribal model, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum @ Scale).
• Extensive senior-level experience in building high-performing teams as well as leading teams through Salesforce based project delivery.
• A strongunderstanding of AGILE Principles and Ceremonies with strong Team Coaching skills.
• Outstanding relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with senior management.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate new concepts and information.
• Strong skills in the use of tools which includes JIRA, Confluence and others.
• Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills.

This is a 12mth contract opportunity with potential extension. The work environment is exceptional with a strong supportive culture, and a hybrid work structure that includes 3 days in the office (Melbourne CBD) and 2 days WFH.
