Job summary

Randstad is seeking Scrum Masters for a three-month contract to support the establishment of new ICT teams within a Shared Services model in Melbourne.

You will coach teams new to agile, tailor methodologies, and implement meaningful metrics to drive continuous improvement across SAFe/scaled agile environments.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Solid understanding of SAFe/scaled agile environments.
• Exceptional coaching and communication skills.
• A pragmatic and adaptable approach to framework implementation.
• Ability to work in a newly forming team environment and build sustainable practices from the ground up.
