You will provide high-quality scrub and scout nursing care across a range of surgical specialties, maintain a safe operating theatre, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent

Qualifikationen

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent Scrub/Scout nursing experience, especially ophthalmic/plastics.
• Excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team; flexible across surgical specialties.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality Scrub and Scout nursing care across surgical specialties.
• Maintain a safe and efficient operating theatre environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control.
• Ensure surgical instruments, equipment and consumables are prepared for procedures.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety standards.
