Job summary

SA Water's Australian Water Quality Centre (AWQC) in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Scientific) to deliver outstanding service and problem-solving for customers. A science background is encouraged, with a focus on accurate communication and technical understanding of water analysis services.

You will support annual monitoring programs, manage CRM, and collaborate with laboratory teams to provide precise results and tailored customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in science with customer-facing experience.
• Strong ability to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service including enquiries, quotations, analysis requirements, field sampling services, sample submissions, test results and related queries.
• Assist customers with annual water monitoring programs, planning up to 12 months in advance with sample collection and analysis.
• Monitor and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Liaise with AWQC laboratory teams to follow up sample status.
• Participation in and response to an on-call roster will be required.
