Job summary

Stile Education is seeking an experienced Instructional Coach to partner with Australian schools, leading implementation of Stile’s science curriculum and delivering customised professional learning. You will travel locally, model lessons, review usage data, and collaborate with Heads of Science to improve student outcomes and engagement.

You’ll work from home when not in schools, with flexible hours and a strong support framework. A background in education and curricular leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor/Master of Teaching) is required.
• Minimum five years of classroom teaching experience.
• Experience delivering professional learning to teachers or coaching colleagues.
• Preference for candidates with leadership, customer success or education consultancy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead school implementation and annual plans aligned to a framework pillar.
• Build relationships with Heads of Science and school leaders to support renewal.
• Conduct Practice and Impact reviews using data to improve teaching and outcomes.
• Plan and deliver tailored professional learning sessions and in-class modelling.
• Coordinate end-to-end professional learning experiences including bookings and logistics.
