Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking an experienced science teacher with a passion for instructional coaching and professional learning to work with Australian schools implementing Stile. The role focuses on hands-on classroom teaching, high-quality coaching, and scalable professional development across multiple sites in Victoria.

You will lead implementation, design impactful PL, and partner with Heads of Science and school leaders to improve student outcomes and engagement.

Qualifications

• You're a science teacher at heart with real classroom credibility.
• Experience as instructional coach or learning specialist is desirable.
• Able to travel regularly to partner schools across the state.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Heads of Science and school leaders to support adoption and retention.
• Run implementation meetings, align on Science Teaching Excellence Framework pillars, and ensure teachers are prepared before students arrive.
• Design and deliver professional learning for teachers, including Demo Lessons, PL days, and state roadshows.
• Lead Stilist in Schools days: model instruction, debrief, and showcase effective teaching practices.
• Review data with schools three times a year to build clear improvement plans for each term.
• Advocate for product/content enhancements by feeding on-ground insights to our product and content teams.
