Job summary

Qualifications

• Counselling training or experience in student wellbeing preferred.
• Ability to monitor attendance data and contribute to early interventions.
• Experience in working with diverse student populations.
• Strong communication and teamwork with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct wellbeing support to students and counselling.
• Use attendance data to monitor wellbeing and engagement.
• Develop strategies to improve school attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with families and external partners.
• Support school staff in implementing wellbeing programs.
