Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic School, Epping, is seeking a skilled School Services Officer for a permanent part-time role (0.20 FTE), 18 hours per fortnight. The position is remunerated at a Level 4 under the Enterprise Agreement. Specific days negotiable; preference for Monday to Wednesday availability.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, accounting knowledge, and experience with school admin systems. Applicants should hold a current WWCC and First Aid certificate.

Specific days of work are negotiable, however availability to work a combination of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday is preferrable. Why join us at Catholic Schools Broken Bay? • Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, supported by bookkeeping/accounting experience and an ability to understand Financial Reports
• Assist with advertising on social media platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
