Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing both planned and unplanned maintenance of school buildings, furniture and equipment.
• Proficient in maintaining school grounds including gardens, lawns, ovals, and greens.
• Certificate III level qualification or proven related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and unplanned maintenance of buildings, furniture and equipment.
• Prepare for construction and installation of facilities and equipment including minor repairs.
• Maintain school grounds including garden beds, lawns, turf, ovals and greens; support irrigation upkeep.
• Oversee refurbishments to facilities in collaboration with the Principal.
• Monitor and record maintenance requests using the online system.
• Assist with events and functions requiring facilities and grounds setup.
