Job summary

Queensland Government's Southport Special School on the Gold Coast seeks a dedicated facilities and operations coordinator to support school improvement priorities and safe, well-maintained environments for students and staff.

You will coordinate contractors, suppliers and grounds staff; oversee projects from planning through to completion; manage procurement, WHS compliance and financial records; contribute to process improvements and efficient office service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and facilities coordination skills.
• Experience with procurement and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to ensure compliance with Department of Education policies and legislative requirements.
