Applicants must complete AHPRA registration within 2 years and work 0.8 FTE for a 2-year contract in Moe, with supervision and ethical practice emphasized.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited fifth-year psychology program.
• Provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• Approval of an internship program plan by AHPRA.
• Balance this role with another part‑time placement to meet total program hours.

Responsibilities

• Undertake psychological practice (client contact, assessment, intervention, report writing) in an approved setting.
• Participate in regular supervision: at least 1 hour per 17.5 hours of practice, with two-thirds as individual supervision by your principal supervisor.
• Maintain accurate logbook entries, progress reports, professional development records, and case study submissions as required by AHPRA.
• Submit progress reports every six months or more frequently (e.g., part-time) signed by your supervisor.
• Coordinate with your other placement(s) to ensure cumulative hours and supervision requirements are met across roles.
• Completion of an accredited fifth-year psychology qualification and current provisional registration.
