Job summary

Toowoomba Grammar School seeks a School Archivist to preserve, manage and share the School’s rich history through its archival records, artefacts and museum collections. Reporting to the Director of Communication and Marketing, the Archivist will oversee documentation, accessibility and preservation of collections that support research, education and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in archives, records management or information management.
• Experience managing archival records, historical/museum collections.
• Knowledge of records retention, privacy and copyright considerations.
• Experience with digital preservation and digitisation tasks.
• Strong research, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritise, manage long-term projects and work independently or with others.
