Tempe High School is seeking a proactive School Administrative Officer to support administrative, financial and student welfare activities across several school environments, including the office and classrooms.

The role requires Working with Children Check clearance, a First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain) and training to assist with medication administration as needed. You will work with teachers and students to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check Clearance
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake First Aid training
• Administration of Medications – training to be provided based on student needs

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, financial and student welfare/wellbeing support across office and classroom settings (office, sick bay, library, science laboratory, food technology/kitchen).
• Support teachers and students and assist in day-to-day school operations.
• Assist with medication administration training as required.
