Job summary

Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a permanent, full-time Scheduling Supervisor based in East Perth, WA. You will oversee daily scheduling and dispatch across the WA network, balancing cost, fleet utilization, and customer service while coordinating with drivers, plants, quarries, and account managers to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will lead the scheduling/allocation team, optimize load sizes, and focus on COR compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport/logistics scheduling and supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and optimization.
• Solid understanding of WA geography (Perth, Southwest, Avon).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatching to meet KPIs, utilization, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with drivers, plants, quarries, and account managers to ensure correct load delivery.
• Coach schedulers/allocators on continuous improvement and planning.
• Promote site safety by collecting customer feedback and managing incidents.
• Track cycle times and order accuracy to optimize cartage costs.
