Job summary

Holcim is seeking a Production Supervisor or Batcher in charge at Bibra Lake, Perth, WA. The role focuses on managing the concrete production process, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards on site.

You will lead batching operations, oversee front-end loader activities, and coordinate materials, maintenance, and team performance in a permanent, full-time role with on-site training and support from a close-knit Holcim team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or supervisory role.
• Batching experience would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete production and meet customer specifications.
• Manage batching operations and front-end loader activities.
• Ensure SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) compliance and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and inventory control to support production targets.
• Lead and develop the production team and drive operational improvements.
