Job summary

CatholicCare Sydney is seeking a capable administrator/roster coordinator based in Liverpool to support clients and staff through effective rostering and service provision. You will be the first point of contact for calls and will coordinate rosters with attention to client needs and staff availability.

The role offers an award-rate plus superannuation and salary packaging, with long-term development opportunities in a growing not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling and ability to use plan rosters efficiently to meet client needs and staff availability.
  • Experience in supervising and motivating others to deliver best practice care.
  • Knowledge of the social services sector and aged care desirable.
  • Understanding of worker entitlements and Modern Awards.
  • Excellent computer skills including Carelink+ or similar, and MS Office.

About the role

  • Building relationships with clients & staff

  • Optimising staff utilization and roster cost efficiency

  • Manage any incidental changes to service provision and to identify solutions based on evolving customer needs

About you

Some of the key criteria to be a successful candidate:



  • A \"can-do\" attitude with a positive & professional approach

  • Experience in scheduling and ability to use plan rosters efficiently to meet client needs, worker availability and business efficiency

  • Experience in supervising and motivating others to deliver best practice care and services to clients in a professional manner

  • Knowledge of current social services sector, including consumer directed care (CDC), with knowledge of the Aged Care Sector highly desirable

  • Understanding of worker entitlements and Modern Awards

  • Outstanding computer skills especially in client management system (Carelink+ or similar) database and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
