Key Responsibilities:
The Community Scheduler coordinates rosters for our aged care customers across our service regions to ensure cost effective and timely allocation of shifts in-line with the relevant agreement. This position will liaise with customers and employees on a regular basis with a strong focus on problem solving and analytical thinking.
The Community Scheduler works in a fast-paced, high pressure environment where attention to detail is imperative for success. This position works with rostering software (Procura and Alayacare), Microsoft Suite and other in-house systems.
This position is a full-time permanent position, based in our Lavington office,
until December 2026- may conclude earlier with 4 weeks' notice in writing. With a roster of Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. This position is to commence as soon as practicable.
