Water Corporation is seeking a Technical Officer - Scheduling to coordinate daily operations and ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule delivery of maintenance and operational work across Water & Wastewater. You will link field crews, contractors and leaders to plan, schedule and monitor workflow to meet targets and business objectives.
You will support assignments, dispatch work orders promptly, monitor resources and collaborate with teams to optimise performance in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Officer - Scheduling, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient and timely delivery of maintenance and operational work across our Water & Wastewater. Acting as the key link between Operations Centre, field crews, contractors and operational leaders, undertaking planning and scheduling of work as well as monitoring and management of workflow to support the delivery of essential services to our customers.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll use your planning expertise, problem‑solving skills and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure crews are effectively utilised, priorities are managed, and work is delivered in line with operational targets and business objectives
