Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group on the Sunshine Coast is hiring a Desktop Coordinator to manage scheduling, support field teams and ensure smooth client communications. This fully office-based role requires strong administration, organisational skills and customer focus to keep operations efficient and professional.

You will handle appointments, liaise with trades and clients, and provide Make Safe team support. A competitive salary is offered with development opportunities and a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage Make Safe trade, customer, and estimator appointments.
  • Review trade reports, follow up, and submit accurate information to clients.
  • Liaise with trades, clients, customers, and contractors regarding insurance claims.
  • Provide administrative support to the Make Safe team.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe workplace and comply with WHS policies.

Job description

Ambrose Construct Group is seeking a motivated Desktop Coordinator to join our Sunshine Coast team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

About the Role

As a Desktop Coordinator, you’ll manage scheduling, support field teams, and ensure smooth communication between clients, customers, trades, and internal staff. You’ll be central to keeping operations running efficiently and professionally.

Please note that this is a fully office-based role and hybrid working arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage Make Safe trade, customer, and estimator appointment
  • Review trade reports, follow up where required, and submit accurate information to clients
  • Liaise with trades, clients, customers, and contractors regarding insurance claims
  • Provide administrative support to the Make Safe team
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe workplace and comply with relevant WHS policies
