Job summary

Ventia is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join the maintenance team at Yallourn Power Station. This casual 16-month position is onsite with flexible hours potentially available for the right candidate, starting as soon as possible.

You will support safe and efficient scheduling of minor outages and projects, coordinating work to meet maintenance requirements. The casual hourly rate is $119.70 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in maintenance scheduling.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Maximo, Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Primavera and SAP (desirable).

The Opportunity

• Ventia is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join the maintenance team at Yallourn Power Station. This casual position is available for an estimated 16-month duration, commencing as soon as possible.
• Flexible working hours may be considered for the right candidate; however the role is site based and requires an onsite presence.
• In this role, you will support the safe and efficient scheduling of minor outages and projects, ensuring work is coordinated effectively to meet maintenance requirements.
• The casual hourly rate for this position is $119.70 plus superannuation.

About You

• 3-5 years' experience in maintenance scheduling
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Maximo, Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Primavera and SAP (desirable)
• Experience in maintenance and outage work within heavy industry or similar environments (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and support project delivery requirement
• A proactive, safety focused approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
• A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to team success
