Job summary

Design And Build is seeking a hands-on Scheduler to join their residential construction team. You will manage scheduling, procurement and estimating across single-storey and townhouse projects, liaising with suppliers, raising purchase orders and coordinating with site and accounts teams to keep projects on track.

The role offers up to $120K plus Super, a flat team structure and scope to advance, with predominantly work-from-home arrangements and occasional office visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, procurement or estimating within residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects.
• Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit.
• Raising purchase orders for labour and materials.
• Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders.
• Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback.
