Job summary

CEA Technologies in Canberra is seeking a Schedule Analyst to bring structure to R&D programs where design, prototyping, testing, and integration are continually evolving. You will translate complex technical work into clear, integrated schedules, track milestones, surface risks, and provide visibility into resource allocation across engineering disciplines.

You'll work closely with engineers, technical leads and project managers to keep initiatives on track.

CEA is an Australian Commonwealth company that designs, develops, manufactures and sustains advanced active phased array radar systems. Our programs include the ANZAC and Hunter Class frigates and air defence applications for Army and Air Force, and Range applications. The Position

Engineering breakthroughs don't happen on accident, they happen on a plan. We're looking for a Schedule Analyst to bring structure and visibility to R&D programs where design, prototyping, testing, and integration are constantly evolving.

You'll turn complex technical work into clear, integrated scheduled. You'll spot resource bottlenecks before they become bottlenecks. You'll flag risks early enough that they're solvable problems, not surprises. And you'll be the person engineers and leaders trust to tell them where things really stand.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or program support in an engineering, manufacturing, or R&D setting
• A solid grasp of product development or systems engineering lifecycles
• Sharp analytical instincts and genuine attention to detail
• Comfort with ambuguity, iteration, and juggling multiple priorities at once
• Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g. OPP)
• Background in defence, advanced manufacturing, or complex systems environments, and familiarity with design/test/integration processes.
