Job summary

EPEC Group in South Brisbane is seeking a Project Coordinator to support SCADA delivery for high voltage renewable energy projects. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement and construction teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role suits someone with 3+ years in project administration, proficiency with Pronto and MS Project, and strong communication skills. National travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project administration or coordination.
• Proficiency using Pronto or a similar system for project activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and negotiation ability.
• Availability for national travel and occasional work away from home, based on project demand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules and budgets for SCADA projects, and help identify and manage risks or delays.
• Coordinate with SCADA engineering, procurement and construction teams to keep project components on track.
• Track SCADA project deliverables such as design documentation, test records and handover packs.
• Provide administrative support at project start-up, including travel coordination and tender submission data.
• Support invoicing, budget tracking and cost control functions for the project team.
• Maintain document management systems and process correspondence, contractor claims and governance paperwork.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to help verify compliance with technical, safety and quality standards.
• Assist in the allocation and tracking of project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Build strong working relationships across the delivery team, clients and external stakeholders.
