Job summary

Volta Energy Group in Melbourne is seeking a senior System Integration Manager to lead SCADA and integration across utility-scale HV projects, renewables, data centres and grid connections. You will drive design, delivery and commissioning, ensuring alignment with EPC requirements, GPS, and AESCSF standards.

You will build and lead a high-performing engineering team, manage complex interfaces, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required or essential.
• 8+ years' experience in SCADA, automation and control systems for large projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA and System Integration engineers across HV infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
• Standardise design and operational methodologies across the Engineering team and report progress to management.
• Oversee design, procurement, delivery, commissioning, system integration and O&M of SCADA, IT, cybersecurity and energy management systems.
• Identify interfaces between plant SCADA, OEM equipment, market dispatch systems and network service providers.
• Lead commissioning activities including FAT/SAT and testing against project requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and procurement, including RFPs and contract management.
