CoreStaff is hiring 15 Full-Time Sawmill Labourers for a timber operation in the Clarence Valley region near Grafton, NSW. 38 hours per week with a January 2027 commencement.

Roles involve stacking, feeding production lines, timber grading support, and general labouring with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Successful applicants should be reliable, willing to work full-time, and comfortable with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stacking, racking, sorting and handling timber products
• Feeding and removing timber from production lines
• Assisting with timber grading and quality checks
• General sawmill and production labouring
• Assisting machine operators as required
• Manual handling of timber and other materials
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Correct use of required PPE
• Following instructions from supervisors and production leaders
• Other general duties associated with sawmill operations
