Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA, USA, is seeking engineers to develop embedded software for space-based systems. You will implement drivers and system applications for diverse interfaces, and contribute to Linux kernel/RTOS features and security capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in Rust, C, C++, or other modern languages.
• Write device drivers and system applications for satellite systems and interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN).
• Develop Linux Kernel / RTOS features.
• Develop security features for satellite systems.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams for board bring-up and integration.
