Job summary

Business Review Group (BRG) is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support a major Defence SATCOM capability in Canberra. The role will oversee ILS planning, artefacts, and sustainment activities across the capability lifecycle, liaising with project management, engineering, and Defence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence Integrated Logistics Support and logistics management.
• Experience developing Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.
• Understanding of Defence acquisition, sustainment, and transition-to-service processes.
• Experience with Defence capability acquisition or sustainment programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex logistics issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support activities.
• Develop, review and maintain Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.
• Support logistics and sustainment planning across the capability lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain supportability products and governance processes.
• Support capability acquisition, introduction into service and transition-to-service activities.
• Coordinate with Defence organisations, industry partners and external stakeholders.
• Provide specialist logistics management advice to project and capability stakeholders.
