Job summary

Downer Group’s Professional Services invites an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to Canberra to lead Defence logistics, sustainment and transition-to-service efforts.

You will develop ILS artefacts, supportability products, and provide specialist advice to readiness and long-term sustainment. You will collaborate with Defence, industry partners and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Australian citizenship and AGSVA Security Clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence Integrated Logistics Support and logistics management.
• Ability to develop and review Defence ILS artefacts and logistics products.
• Strong understanding of defence acquisition, sustainment, and transition-to-service processes.
• Proven ability to analyse complex logistics issues and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support across the project lifecycle.
• Develop, review and maintain ILS artefacts and sustainment documentation.
• Provide specialist logistics advice to support readiness and transition-to-service.
• Collaborate with Defence, industry and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Coordinate across Defence organisations to governance, risk, and reporting.
