About the Role

BRG is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to support a major Defence SATCOM capability.

The role will provide specialist logistics, sustainment and project delivery support, ensuring the effective planning, coordination and delivery of ILS activities throughout the capability lifecycle.

Working closely with project management, engineering, acquisition and sustainment stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of ILS artefacts, governance processes and supportability products while supporting transition-to-service and long-term sustainment outcomes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support activities.
• Develop, review and maintain Defence ILS documentation, artefacts and logistics support analysis products.
• Support logistics and sustainment planning throughout the capability lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain supportability products and associated governance processes.
• Support capability acquisition, introduction into service and transition-to-service activities.
• Analyse complex logistics and sustainment issues and provide practical recommendations.
• Provide specialist logistics management advice to project and capability stakeholders.
• Support project governance, risk management, reporting and planning activities.
• Coordinate with Defence organisations, industry partners and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to capability readiness and long-term sustainment outcomes.

To be Successful

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience in Defence Integrated Logistics Support, logistics management or sustainment management.
• Strong experience developing and managing Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.
• Sound understanding of Defence acquisition, sustainment and transition-to-service processes.
• Experience supporting Defence capability acquisition, introduction into service or sustainment programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex logistics issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with FMS programs, SATCOM or COMSEC capabilities would be highly regarded.
• Qualifications or training in ILS, Logistics Management, Project Management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
• A current NV1 security clearance.
