Job summary

Colliers in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to support and enhance our PeoplePlus platform across APAC on a 12-month contract. This hands-on role covers configuration, reporting, integrations, testing and continuous improvement, while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT and external support providers.

You will own day-to-day support across Employee Central, EC Payroll, Learning, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and EC Time Off; identify enhancements; manage

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Strong technical and functional capability in HRIS environments.
• Experience with reporting, integrations and testing.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors across core modules.
• Identify, scope and deliver system enhancements.
• Manage maintenance and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting using SF reporting tools.
• Coordinate integrations with external AMS/support providers.
• Provide training to key users and maintain documentation.
