A leading SAP consultancy is looking for an SAP Delivery & Operations Manager for a 12-month contract in Melbourne. You'll design and implement a training strategy for SAP S/4 transformation, lead a team of specialists, and ensure training aligns with project milestones. Ideal candidates have proven SAP training experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA training delivery preferred.
• Experience in Finance, Procurement & HCM is a plus.
• Melbourne-based or willing to work on-site in Melbourne.

Job details

This is a 12-month contract and will plan, develop, lead and deliver training for an SAP S/4 transformation in Melbourne. On-site in Melbourne information applies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy for end users and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a small team of training specialists
• Collaborate closely with functional leads and change management teams
• Ensure training aligns with project milestones and business readiness goals
• Deliver engaging, effective learning experiences across SAP modules

What you bring

• Proven experience in SAP training delivery, ideally with SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience across at least two of the following: Finance, Procurement & HCM
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Melbourne-based or willing to work on-site in Melbourne
