Job summary

The Recruitment Hive Pty Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a Federal Government department based in Barton, ACT, for an SAP Business Analyst to support SAP finance systems and drive process improvements. The role involves requirements gathering, testing (including UAT), and contributing to finance transformation projects within Agile/ITIL environments, with emphasis on governance and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Experience working with SAP Finance solutions and financial management processes.
• Experience supporting testing activities (including UAT) in Agile, ITIL, or project delivery environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Travel and Budget Management (Desirable).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Desirable).

• Develop user documentation, deliver training and promote adoption of new processes and system capabilities; &
• Support finance transformation projects, change initiatives, business cases, risk management and vendor engagements.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation;
• Experience working with SAP Finance solutions and financial management processes;
• Experience supporting testing activities (including UAT) and delivering outcomes within Agile, ITIL, or project delivery environments;
• Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Travel and Budget Management (Desirable); &
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Desirable).
