Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking a SAP Finance Business Analyst to support enhancements, governance and optimisation of SAP Finance systems. You will gather requirements, document processes and contribute to finance transformation initiatives in a hybrid Canberra-based role with some remote work within Australia.

The position involves 12-month contracts with extension options; security clearance to obtain Negative Vetting Level 2 may be required. Close date: 20 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated BA experience across finance, ERP, or corporate systems.
• Experience with SAP Finance solutions and financial management processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting Agile, ITIL or project environments.

SAP Finance Business Analyst

Support the ongoing enhancement, governance and optimisation of SAP Finance systems and business processes, working across requirements, process improvement, testing and finance transformation initiatives.

Location: ACT

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Canberra based with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home considered. Full remote working within Australia may be considered for the right applicant.

Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 2
