Challenger Services Group is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to lead cleaning and hygiene operations in a large-scale food production facility in Mascot, NSW. You will manage a sanitation team, drive compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and safety requirements, and ensure audit readiness across production, kitchens, and warehouse.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday roster, offering opportunities for development, ongoing training, and a strong safety culture within a trusted national

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sanitation, hygiene, food production, catering, or related environments.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF and quality management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily sanitation across production and warehouse areas.
• Ensure cleaning schedules meet hygiene and GMP standards.
• Drive HACCP, GMP, SQF and workplace safety compliance.
• Conduct sanitation inspections, audits, and verification checks.
• Train and mentor sanitation team on hygiene and safe work practices.
• Deliver Toolbox Talks and ongoing safety training.
• Complete sanitation reporting and corrective action tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations and QA to resolve issues.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in sanitation and safety.
