Job summary

Aquatiq is seeking an experienced Hygiene Solutions Specialist based in Tamworth, NSW, to support hygiene and sanitation performance across multiple food processing sites. Reporting to the Head of Food Safety, this hands-on role focuses on practical and sustainable improvements and working with site teams.

You will train, coach on the factory floor, apply cleaning chemistry knowledge, and help ensure compliance with FSANZ and customer standards while promoting a safe, high‑quality food

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in hygiene, sanitation or cleaning within a food processing environment.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemistry and sanitation systems.
• Background in Food safety, quality assurance and food safety programmes.
• Familiarity with FSANZ requirements and Australian regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of WHS requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to multiple sites.
