Harvey Norman Warrawong Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join us in delivering Great Service, Always! to our customers.

As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers, measuring and advising on flooring options while working within a supportive team.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-focused, successful retail business.
• Ability to measure, read plans and advise on flooring solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Great Service, Always! to customers.
• Assist customers with flooring selections and measurements.
• Work with the flooring team to meet store sales targets.
• Contribute to a flexible retail schedule including weekends and evenings.

To be successful you must:

• Have a passion for retail
• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries
• Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
• Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
