Job summary

Harvey Norman Warrawong Flooring Team is seeking a passionate Salesperson to join our flooring team and deliver Great Service, Always! to customers seeking home solutions. You will understand flooring options and help customers select the best fit for their homes.

As a full-time role, you will measure, draw and read plans, selling flooring products in-home while contributing to team success. We offer base earnings + attractive commissions and strong opportunities for development within a trusted

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused, retail business.
• High level of Flooring product knowledge (carpets, timber, tiles).
• Ability to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring in-home.
• Valid driving license and own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Great Service to customers and resolve queries.
• Help customers understand flooring options and home solutions.
• Measure spaces, read plans and sell flooring products in-home.
• Aim to exceed store sales targets and deliver timely service.
• Work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries
• Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
• Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
