Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Salesforce advisory, delivery or implementation programs.
• Strong track record managing complex client projects with measurable outcomes.
• Able to translate business and policy needs into practical Salesforce outcomes.
• Desirable Salesforce certifications and relevant tertiary qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce-enabled transformation programs for public sector clients, shaping strategy and delivery approaches.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating needs into Salesforce outcomes.
• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams across advisory, architecture, implementation and optimisation.
• Drive business development, proposals and pipeline growth within the architecture & technology practice.
• Provide technical and commercial leadership across delivery quality, risk and client outcomes.
• Coach and develop consultants to uplift Salesforce capabilities.
