Qualifications

• Protect platform stability and coordinate releases across applications.
• Act as accountable technical contact for platform health and decisions.
• Coordinate release readiness, deployment planning, and change controls.
• Lead technical triage for incidents and drive preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management, administration, reporting and dashboards.
• Maintain visibility of technical debt, risks and environment constraints.
• Coordinate with vendors and Salesforce teams to remove blockers and align ownership.
• Provide concise weekly reporting on platform health, progress and upcoming releases.
