A key government contractor is looking for an experienced Salesforce Support Administrator in Canberra. The selected candidate will support users, manage data, and configure Salesforce solutions in a dynamic environment. This part-time remote role requires proficiency in Salesforce and includes duties such as creating reports and providing application support. A minimum of 3 years in Salesforce support and at least one certification are required. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for Salesforce applications.
• Experience configuring process automation using Salesforce Flows.
• Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Responsibilities

• Support and enable users to onboard and effectively use Salesforce applications.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Salesforce application support.
• Create and maintain accurate reports and dashboards.
