Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Solutions Consultant to own client solutions from discovery through go-live. This client-facing role blends business consulting, solution design, and Salesforce delivery across SOW engagements.

You will lead conversations, uncover requirements, recommend scalable Salesforce solutions, and stay hands-on through configuration, testing, and deployment. Strong communication and executive presence are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration and design.
• 3+ years in Salesforce consulting or client-facing delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
• Experience leading discovery and translating requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong declarative Salesforce skills: Flow, automation, security, data modeling, reports, dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in client discovery sessions and shape requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Advise on solution options, tradeoffs, and best practices.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Translate requirements into user stories, processes, and designs.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with developers and architects for complex integrations.
• Manage priorities and deliverables across multiple engagements.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement early.
