Job summary

Talenza is recruiting a Senior Salesforce Consultant to act as trusted advisor to clients, blending Salesforce expertise with business process consulting. You will work hands-on across Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and leading key delivery components.

You will lead discovery workshops, map requirements to Salesforce solutions, and guide implementation from design through deployment in a hybrid, multi-market setup.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce CRM experience across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
• Experience designing and delivering medium-to-large CRM solutions.
• Strong Salesforce consulting and implementation background.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution proposals, implementation estimates and project strategies.
• Lead client discovery workshops and business process analysis sessions.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and customer outcomes.
• Facilitate fit-gap analysis and determine appropriate configuration versus customisation approaches.
• Own Functional Solution Design documentation and assigned delivery outcomes.
• Provide Salesforce configuration, solution design and architecture across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
• Work with integrated systems and select appropriate technical solutions.
• Lead and support implementations from requirements gathering through development and delivery.
• Coordinate data migration activities and support deployment, PVT and smoke testing.
• Support quality assurance, testing and business UAT.
• Provide ongoing enhancements and support within Managed Services environments.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other team members.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and project managers on project strategy, planning and estimation.
• Apply design thinking to deliver solutions focused on customer and user experience.
• Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, solution accelerators, enablement and thought leadership.

You will have

• Proven Salesforce CRM experience, ideally across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Extensive experience analysing, designing and delivering medium-to-large, complex CRM or enterprise application solutions.
• Strong Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading Salesforce projects or major workstreams, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Strong client-facing and executive presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops and communicating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster collaborative team environments.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, solution design and implementation best practices.
• A hands-on, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and delivery timelines.
