Base pay range

With a strong focus on delivering impact through technology, this team supports a wide range of industries from Education to Financial Services and the Public Sector through both Salesforce Implementation and Application Managed Services (AMS).

Role: As a Salesforce Senior Designer / Design Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping client solutions from the ground up. This role blends functional design, platform configuration, and stakeholder collaboration helping translate complex business needs into intuitive, scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll work across multiple cloud products, designing experiences that deliver long-term value to both businesses and users.

This role spans AMS and project delivery, and includes client advisory, process mapping, hands-on configuration, and working closely with architects, business SMEs, and delivery teams.

You will

• Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices and platform capability.
• Design personas, user journeys, business capability maps, and functional specs.
• Configure Salesforce using out-of-the-box features; prototype where needed.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure alignment across integration, data, and process layers.
• Conduct unit testing, build demos, and run design workshops with stakeholders.
• Help define and prioritise user stories with business SMEs.
• Identify and communicate risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support change management teams with solution enablement and transition.

You will have

• 5+ years' Salesforce platform implementation experience.
• Sales, Service and Experience cloud
• Public sector solutions and Omnistudio highly advantageous
• Experience designing business processes and user journeys.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Background in consulting, with a passion for solving business problems through technology.
• Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
