Job summary

Zensys is seeking a Salesforce-focused professional to drive Field Service initiatives in Australia. You will lead discovery, design and configuration of forms within Salesforce, aligning business requirements with technical solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, migration planning, and ensuring seamless collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders across design, build, test, and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
• Experience configuring forms and data capture in Salesforce.
• Ability to conduct discovery and current-state assessments.
• Perform gap analysis and design solutions.
