Whizdom in Sydney is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build and support enterprise Salesforce solutions across Lightning Web Components, Apex, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, in a collaborative environment. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to drive integrations, performance optimization and continuous improvement through Agile releases and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with LWC, Apex and Salesforce Clouds is required.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a highly collaborative technology environment, working across the development, enhancement and ongoing support of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on Salesforce professional with strong experience across Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, who is comfortable working across complex integrations, production support and Agile delivery.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to new functionality, integrations, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce and Lightning Aura Components
• Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across LWC, Apex and Aura
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging and release activities
• Work within established Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives and other cadence ceremonies
• Support regular weekly and emergency release activities
• Contribute to Salesforce development and deployment processes using Git, Bitbucket and CI/CD
• Work with Salesforce DX and modern Salesforce development practices
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions support relevant business processes and KPIs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• Strong experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong technical capability across Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning and Aura Components
• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Experience working within an Agile delivery environment
• Hands‑on DevOps experience with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding and practical exposure to Salesforce DX
• Strong debugging and production‑support capabilitiesGood understanding of business processes, KPIs and Salesforce best practices
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Copado
• Strong production troubleshooting and debugging experience across LWC, Apex and Aura
• Experience managing and delivering development activities using Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with weekly and emergency release processes
